Refund Policy

EXCHANGE POLICY:

-Exchanges only, no refunds. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of pet hair and within 15 days of delivery date. 

-Limited Edition, previously exchanged items, sale items and digital gift cards are final sale.

-Customers are responsible for return shipping, new item will be shipped at our cost.

-There are no returns or exchanges on any sales outside of USA.

*Any items not meeting these parameters will not be accepted and may be returned to customer at their own expense.

TO BEGIN EXCHANGE PROCESS:

Contact us with your name, order # and reason for the exchange. You will be emailed an Exchange Form if your order qualifies. Please send the exchange form completed with any items being exchanged to the address listed on the form. 

All Customer Service requests will be answered 9am - 5pm Monday thru Friday Eastern Standard Time.

-Olympus Iron is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages sent to the wrong address. If the wrong address is provided and item returned to us, we will contact you. All claims with USPS must be done on your end.
